As a proud Capetonian who traded Table Mountain for the stunning shores of Mauritius eight years ago, I’ve been living in paradise while raising my two little adventurers. This island is where we’ve built our life, filled with laughter, sunshine, and countless days spent splashing in the beautiful turquoise waters.

For years, I’ve been obsessed with finding the perfect sun hat for my kids; one they'd forget they wearing while exploring and adventuring.

It had to be stylish and comfy, and durable enough to withstand the water, the sand and the sun. My world-wide search for this perfect hat failed. That’s when the idea for Doozy was born!

I wanted to create something that not only protects our little ones from the sun but also makes them feel fabulous while they’re living their best lives. Doozies are all about that blend of playful style and functional design. They’re perfect for beach days, picnics, hiking, bucket list travel and everything in between—ideal for kids who are always on the move!
