1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and sale of hats (referred to as “Doozies”) through www.doozysun.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

  1. Product Information

2.1 Our Doozy hats are designed for children and made from high-quality, functional materials. Each product description provides detailed information, but colours and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings or production differences.

2.2 We strive to keep product information accurate and up-to-date, though occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors as they arise.

  1. Ordering and Payment

3.1 By placing an order on www.doozysun.com, you confirm that all information provided, including payment details, is accurate and complete.

3.2 All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Payment can be made securely through our accepted payment methods. We use third-party providers to process payments, and by submitting your payment details, you consent to their processing of your information.

3.4 Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, in which case a full refund will be issued.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Locations: Doozy Sun currently delivers only within Mauritius. For international deliveries or wholesale purchasing inquiries, please contact us at hello@doozysun.com.

4.2 Processing and Delivery Timeframe: Orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days within Mauritius. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

4.3 Delivery Times and Contact:

Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Pre-Delivery Contact: You will be contacted two hours before delivery to confirm that someone is available to receive the package.

Final Delivery Notification: Once the driver is in your region, they will call to complete the home delivery process.

4.4 Shipping Costs:

 Standard Shipping Fee: Free shipping for orders within Mauritius.

4.5 Delayed or Lost Packages: If you experience any delay or believe your package is lost, please contact us at hello@doozysun.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We’re committed to ensuring you’re delighted with your purchase. Should you find a product isn’t quite right, you have 10 days from receipt to return it.

5.1 Returns & Refunds: If there’s a defect or issue with your Doozy hat, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us at hello@doozysun.com with your order number and details of the issue.

5.2 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if you return items for a partial refund, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for those goods.

5.3 Return/Exchange Conditions: To ensure eligibility for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and labels intact, just as when you received them. Items should be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition.

5.4 Return of Multiple Items: If returning multiple items, please pack them securely together to avoid damage during transit. Free shipping benefits originally applied to orders with two or more hats may be voided if returned items reduce the order below this threshold, and shipping fees may apply.

6.1 All content on www.doozysun.com, including product designs, images, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Doozy Sun or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Doozy Sun will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product purchased.
